Monter le moteur sur la membrane principale
Jack the engine on the engine carier.
Mettre des rampes sous les roues
Put ramp under the wheel
Débrancher l'élément filtre a air
Unplug the ait filter unit with the AFM
Débrancher l'ordi
Unplug ECU
Le fils de l'alternateur (
signal)
ALT signal wire
Enlever les tubes de décélération
Remove those deceleration tube.
Le câble d'accélération
Gas pedal wire
Le fils + venant de la boite a gauche, au coil.
The black + wire to the coil, everything to the + coil
Le tube du booster a frein
The brake booster line
Retirer le connecteur du distributeur
Remove the distributor connector.
Débrancher les connecteurs suivant
Unlpug the ignition and idle module connectors
Débrancher les connecteurs du double relais et du module d'injection
Unplug the double relais connector and the one from the injectors module.
Monter le moteur légèrement.
Raise the engine a bit to release tension on the carier.
Enlever les 4 vis, 2 chaque cotés
Remove the engine carier screws, 2 each side
Descendre le moteur légèrement
Lower the engine a bit to be able to work in front of this one
Enlever le seal
Remove seal
Débrancher l'entrer d'essence (coté droit).
Unhook the incoming gas line (right side)
Débrancher la trappe d'air chaude et le tube.
Unhook the air trap, wire and tube.
Coté gauche, essence et l'autre trappe.
Left side, gas exit line and left air trap.
Dévisser la 13mm au demarreur.
Unscrew the + 13mm nuts on starter
Enlever le fils qui vas a l'alternateur.
Remove wire that goes to the ALT
Enlever le S tube
Remove S tube
Mettre une chandelle, descendre le moteur
Put a leg under trany, lower the engine
Le moteur doit descendre jusqu'a ce que les cardans soit a l'horizontale.
Lower the engine until the drive axle are horizontal
Descendre le moteur jusqu'a la patte.
Lower the engine until it touch the leg.
Enlever les 2 écrous du bas qui tienne la transmission en place.
Remove the 2 lower bolt that hold the trany to the engine.
Enlever l'écrou de gauche
Remove the left upper nuts
Enlever celle de droite
Remove the upper right one
Tire le moteur
Pull the engine out slowly
Descendre le moteur
Lower the engine
Enlever le "Basket"
Remover the pressure plate, 6 screws.
Un bon temps pour boucher les "Bore hole plugs"
Now is a good time to block the "bore hole plugs"
Le moteur en pièces
Engine in parts, a few hours later.
